The Inspection Report
covers: |

A
detailed examination of the interior, exterior, sub floor, roof
cavity, roof surface, drainage, outbuildings and fences. The
report provides a prioritised listing of defects and includes
a realistic costing on the value of rectification. The report
is available on the spot or delivered same day.

Checking
of structural integrity, general condition and functioning,
and electrical check, in the above areas.

Prioritised
listing of major defects, including realistic cost of rectification
of these. ( This section is invaluable for re-negotiation of
the contract price.)

A
safety audit covering handrail, stair, structural failure, asbestos
presence and risk, checking of all glass areas for conformity
with current Australian standards (ie: risk of laceration and
serious injury to children through impact).

Electrical
check covering: wiring cable deterioration, safety circuit breaker
check, and 6 function power circuit check in living and bedroom
areas (ie: for prevention of electrocution).
